Simulation Optimization Design of Transfer Devices
This study conducted an in-depth human-machine simulation analysis on a commercially available transfer device.Initially, the three-dimensional model of the transfer device was imported into the Jack software, and a meticulous analysis of human-machine interac-tion involving users and caregivers was performed.During this process, discrepancies with the principles of human factors engineering were identified.Based on these analysis results,a systematic optimization design was applied to enhance the transfer device. The optimized design scheme was subsequently imported into the Jack software for further human-machine simulation analysis, validating the rationality and effec-tiveness of the optimization design. The research findings indicate that the optimized transfer device exhibits a higher level of comfort and safety for both users and caregivers, significantly improving the product's performance in meeting the needs of elderly users. This successful case of optimization design provides valuable practical experience for enhancing the human factors engineering of transfer devices.
