摘要
本文介绍了一种机械压力机负荷监视仪的设计,可以实时测量压力机的立柱负荷,并可以保存数据,依据这些数据不仅可以控制加工零件的质量,还可以提高模具和压力机的寿命.实际检测证明该装置满足应用需要,而且操作方便,人机交互性好.
Abstract
The paper introduced designing a kind of load monitor of mechanical press machine.The monitor can dynamically measure ma-chine's load real-time,save the history data.These data was the source of controlling the products'quality.It would prolong the life of mould and mechanical press machine if the machine assembled the load monitor.The load monitor has friendly interface and can be easily op-erated.It would be fit for on-site requirement.
