摘要

基于复兴号动车组用平衡阀异常导通故障,通过故障调查、地面试验、平晶检测等方法,确认平衡阀用止回阀密封面异常.对止回阀制定试验研究方案,发现耐油脂试验、模具清洁不到位均可使止回阀密封面贴合不良,地面试验故障均可复现.结合故障原因制定解决方案后,批量平衡阀运用良好,有效的解决了异常导通故障.同时为类似产品的故障解决方案提供了研究方向.

Abstract

Based on the abnormal conduction fault of the balance valve used in the Fuxing high-speed train unit,through methods such as fault investigation,ground testing,and flat crystal detection,confirm that the sealing surface of the check valve used for the balance valve is abnormal.Develop experimental research plans for check valves,it is found that the grease resistance test and inadequate mold cleaning can lead to poor sealing of the check valve sealing surface,ground test faults can be replicated.After developing a solution based on the cause of the malfunction,batch balance valves use well,effectively solved abnormal conduction faults.At the same time,it provides research directions for fault resolution solutions for similar products.
