船体废钢智能分拣基地建设架构分析

针对当前船体废钢处理过程中在信息化作业反馈、智能化实施进程管控等方面存在的问题,提供一种智能废钢总体分拣管理系统,基于该智能分拣系统设计了一套船体废钢分拣基地总体建设架构.该建设架构以某船舶废钢处理公司作为整体智慧大脑,依托网络神经元协调管控各地废钢处理厂.同时,搭建各地废钢处理厂单独的智慧运行架构,并通过网络神经元将包含分拣管理系统在内的多个系统纳入智慧运行架构的控制范围中.介绍了废钢总体分拣管理系统应用及其特征,构建了船体废钢分拣基地总体设计架构模型.未来,以期望该船体废钢智能分拣基地的架构设计能提升船体废钢处理效率,优化作业流程,降低事故发生率,并能够进一步助力船体废钢处理行业的转型升级.
The Overall Design Architecture of the New Intelligent Scrap Sorting Site
Aiming at the problems existing in the information design and management,intelligent production process and intelligent imple-mentation process in the current process of hull scrap steel processing,an intelligent scrap steel overall sorting management system is provid-ed.Based on the intelligent sorting system,a set of hull scrap steel sorting base is designed.The construction architecture of the intelligent sorting base for hull scrap steel is based on a hull scrap steel sorting base as the overall intelligent brain,relying on network neurons to re-motely control each scrap steel treatment plant.The scrap steel treatment plants in various places are equipped with a separate intelligent ar-chitecture.Through the network neurons,multiple systems including the sorting management system are included in the control scope of the scrap steel treatment plant.This paper introduces the application and characteristics of the overall sorting management system of scrap steel,and constructs the overall design architecture model of the hull scrap steel sorting base,so as to better improve the efficiency of the factory in dealing with scrap steel,optimize the work flow,reduce the pollution to the environment,and greatly reduce or even eliminate the production accidents caused by human factors.
