煤矿设备软硬管相结合布管工艺技术研究

煤矿机械要用于煤矿的采掘、支护、运输等煤炭开采过程,由于其专业特点而不同于其他矿山机械产品.为了提升煤矿机械设备的安性,煤矿机械设备各执行机构动力源主要以液压驱动为主,涉及到的液压管路较多,早期受产品设计技术条件限制,液压管路均以液压胶管为主,随着三维仿真技术在煤矿设备设计中应用,为钢制液压管路在设备上的应用提供了技术支撑,通过对液压管路在设备中的布置进行工艺攻关,开展三维仿真设计,以模块化设计为原则,模拟液压元器件在整机中布局和硬质液压管路布置在整机中的布置,分析研究硬质液压管路压力损失等参数,优化完善整机液压系统,提升煤矿设备管路布置的装配效率、美观性和使用寿命.
Research on the Process of Combining Soft and Hard Pipes with Pipeline Layout in Coal Mine Equipment
Coal mining machinery is used in coal mining processes such as excavation,support,transportation and other coal mining pro-cess,and is different from other machinery products due to its professional characteristics.In order to improve the safety of coal mining ma-chinery,the main power source for each actuator of coal mining machinery is hydraulic drive,which involves many hydraulic pipelines.Due to the limitations of product design technology in the early stage,hydraulic pipelines are mainly composed of hydraulic hoses.With the application of 3D simulation technology in coal mine equipment design,technical support is provided for the application of steel hydraulic pipelines in equipment.By conducting process research on the layout of hydraulic pipelines in the equipment,conducting three-dimensional simulation design,based on modular design principles,simulating the layout of hydraulic components and hard hydraulic pipelines in the entire machine,analyzing and studying parameters such as pressure loss of hard hydraulic pipelines,optimizing and improving the hydraulic system of the entire machine,and improving the assembly efficiency,aesthetics,and service life of coal mine equipment pipeline layout.
