某型涡轴发动机动力涡轮超限故障研究

针对某型涡轴发动机动力涡轮(Npt)发生超限故障,通过发动机控制理论分析并结合试验验证相结合方式,对本次涡轴发动机动力涡轮转速Npt超限故障进行复现并排除;针对发动机地面实验控制系统缺陷问题,本文通过实验验证并结合专家经验积累总结分别从从提高数采保护系统采样频率、完善数采保护系统启动机制、完善数采保护系统设计、强化培训四个方面给出预防措施与使用建议,避免发动机地面试验时出现严重超限情况,同时其排除方法可为发动机出现类似故障解决提供参考.
Research on Power Turbine Overrun Fault of a Certain Type of Turboshaft Engine
In view of the over-limit failure of a certain turboshaft engine's power turbine(Npt),the engine control theory analysis and test verification are combined to reproduce and eliminate the over-limit failure of the turboshaft engine's power turbine speed Npt.In view of the defects of the engine ground experiment control system,this paper,through experimental verification and combining with the accumulation of expert experience,respectively gives preventive measures and suggestions from four aspects:improving the sampling frequency of the data acquisition protection system,improving the starting mechanism of the data acquisition protection system,improving the design of the data acquisition protection system,and strengthening training,so as to avoid serious over-limit in the engine ground test.At the same time,the elimination method can provide reference for solving similar engine faults.
