针对以往的剪叉式升降平台基本上都是液压缸驱动无法实现精确控制定位,难以满足自动化生产线对升降高度精确控制的要求,现以步进电机驱动和同步带传动,以提高升降平台的定位精确度.通过PLC控制步进电机的脉冲数和脉冲频率来实现升降,形成实时监控测量平台高度为一体的闭环控制系统.另外在人机界面上设置参数和实时显示,以满足不同应用场景的需求.
Design of Control System of New Scissor Lifting Platform Based on PLC
In view of the previous scissor lifting platform is basically hydraulic cylinder drive can not achieve accurate control positioning,it is difficult to meet the requirements of automatic production line for accurate control of lifting height,now to step motor drive and syn-chronous belt drive,to improve the positioning accuracy of the lifting platform,and overcome the shortcomings of the traditional hydraulic system.The pulse number and pulse frequency of the stepper motor are controlled by PLC to realize the rise and fall,and a closed-loop control system integrating real-time monitoring and measuring platform height is formed.In addition,parameters and real-time display are set on the man-machine interface to meet the needs of different application scenarios.
