Strength Finite Element Analysis of Resonant Cavity of Portable Microwave Vacuum Drying Oven
In order to ensure that the resonant cavity of the portable microwave vacuum drying oven meets the lightweight design while tak-ing into account the needs of structural strength,the finite element analysis of the strength of the resonant cavity was carried out.The three-dimensional model of the resonant cavity structure was established by using the 3D design software SoildWorks.The finite element model of the drying oven was established by reasonably simplifying the structural components,completing the meshing and setting the boundary condi-tions in the finite element software Abaqus.The static analysis and modal analysis of the model were carried out by Abaqus software.The finite element analysis results meet the theoretical design requirements,and the results show that this portable microwave vacuum drying oven does not have plastic deformation and structural resonance problems in the actual use of the product to meet the use of demand.
