Research on Automatic Detection and Identification of Part Defect Based on Machine Vision
At present,parts defect detection has the problems of slow detection speed and low efficiency,Moreover,for some parts with more complex shapes,the existing detection system cannot flexibly adjust the attitude to adapt to the target part.Faced with these kinds of problems,The paper takes automobile wheel hub as the research object,firstly,the common defects of automobile wheel hub are ana-lyzed,and the method of detecting the defects of parts by robot vision inspection system is proposed.By installing the vision system on the end effector of the robot and using the movement of the robot to change the attitude of the vision system so as to detect the surfaces of the automobile wheel hub,Which effectively guarantees the detection quality of wheel hub,and has certain reference significance for the future research of parts defect detection based on machine vision technology.
