摘要
在自动化和智能制造的背景下,机电设备的高效、精确检测变得至关重要,直接关系到生产安全、效率、经济效益.机器视觉作为一种模拟人眼识别和理解环境的技术,根据对机电设备的图像信息进行捕捉和处理,能够实现设备状态的实时监测和故障诊断,提升检测的效率和准确性,降低对人力的依赖,是现代工业自动化的关键技术之一.本文首先探讨机电设备自动检测的理论基础,阐述机器视觉技术在设备检测中的应用原理,详细介绍自动检测系统的设计与实现,包括系统架构设计、功能模块、关键算法的实现,为机电设备的自动检测提供了一种有效的技术方案.
Abstract
In the context of automation and intelligent manufacturing,the efficient and accurate detection of mechanical and electrical equipment becomes crucial,which is directly related to production safety,efficiency and economic benefits.Machine vision,as a technology that simulates human eye recognition and understanding of the environment,captures and processes the image information of electromechanical equipment,can realize the real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis of equipment status,improve the efficiency and accuracy of detection,and reduce the dependence on human resources.It is one of the key technologies of modern industrial automation.This paper first discusses the theoretical basis of automatic detection of mechanical and electrical equipment,expounds the application principle of machine vision technology in equipment detection,detailed the design and implementation of automatic detection system,including system architecture design,functional module,the implementation of the key algorithm,for the automatic detection of mechanical and electrical equipment provides an effective technical solution.
