带式输送机智能控制综合研究

本文研究了变提升角带式输送机智能控制的综合问题,模型考虑了作用力、不均匀荷载和控制作用,研究了一种复杂的控制质量标准,轨迹图是在考虑模型的选定参数的情况下获得的.提出了一种基于人工智能方法的模型最优参数求解方,获得了带式输送机控制系统稳定的条件,控制算法是在模糊控制器构造的基础上发展起来的,揭示了带式输送机控制模型中的定性效应,为实现可变提升角带式输送机的智能控制开发了算法和仪器支持.
Comprehensive Research on Intelligent Control of Belt Conveyor
This article studies the comprehensive problem of intelligent control for variable lifting angle belt conveyors.The model considers the forces,uneven loads,and control effects,and studies a complex control quality standard.The trajectory map is obtained considering the selected parameters of the model.A model optimal parameter solving method based on artificial intelligence method was proposed,and the conditions for the stability of the belt conveyor control system were obtained.The control algorithm was developed on the basis of fuzzy controller construction,revealing the qualitative effects in the belt conveyor control model.Algorithm and instrument support were devel-oped to achieve intelligent control of variable lifting angle belt conveyors.
