中文摘要：火力发电厂的ETS系统是汽轮发电机组最重要的热工保护系统,为提高ETS系统逻辑运算的快速性、组态的方便性、硬件的成熟性和可靠性,大多数ETS系统采用完全独立的两套PLC系统来完成;一般采用输入和输出通道的直接并联设计.然而,这种输入通道的冗余方式,在一套PLC系统失电后,有可能导致另一套PLC系统输入信号不正确,甚至引发热工保护误动、拒动.本文通过深入分析PLC系统输入卡件的电气原理,并结合实际现场试验,来说明问题形成的原因,并进一步说明改进和预防措施.本文通过分析采用双PLC冗余配置的ETS保护系统,提出了双PLC冗余系统的开关量信号并联输入的问题,并对问题进行了分析,提出了可能存在的输入信号误发和信号拒动的几种问题,并且提出了进一步的解决方案,有助于完善ETS保护系统.

外文摘要：The ETS system is an important main protection for steam turbines,which is related to the safe and stable operation of the tur-bine.This article analyzes the ETS protection system with dual PLC redundancy configuration,proposes the problem of parallel input of switch signals in the dual PLC redundancy system,and analyzes the problems.Several possible problems of input signal missending and signal rejection are proposed,and further solutions are proposed to help improve the ETS protection system.
