摘要

液压泵作为液压系统中的关键元件,承担着将原动机机械能转换为液体压力能,为液压系统提供动力的重要作用,其运行状态直接影响到整个液压系统的性能.SDAE属于无监督学习算法,能有效实现对液压泵的故障特征提取.鉴于此,将剖析SDAE的基本原理,阐述基于SDAE的液压泵故障诊断方式具有哪些优势,最后提出行之有效的应用方式,为液压泵故障诊断提供良好的技术支持.

Abstract

As a key component in the hydraulic system,the hydraulic pump plays an important role in converting the mechanical energy of the prime mover into liquid pressure energy,providing power to the hydraulic system.Its operating status directly affects the performance of the entire hydraulic system.SDAE belongs to unsupervised learning algorithms and can effectively extract fault features of hydraulic pumps.In view of this,the basic principle of SDAE will be analyzed,and the advantages of hydraulic pump fault diagnosis based on SDAE will be e-laborated.Finally,effective application methods will be proposed to provide good technical support for hydraulic pump fault diagnosis.
