摘要
链条的生产装配基本属于劳动密集型产品,链条制造能力是链条制造业的决定性因素.链条传动是机械传动的一种重要形式.传动链条一般采用套筒滚子链,由内链板、外链板、套筒和滚子组成.销轴与外链板、套筒与内链板均是过盈配合.计了一种重载链条内链节的自动化装配设备,实现链条内链节的全自动化装配.设备主要由滚子和套筒上料,内链板上料,滚子和套筒预组装,套筒与下内链板压装,套筒与上内链板压装等.链条内链节的自动化装配设备可使链条装配更加自动、高效及可靠.
Abstract
The production and assembly of chain are basically labor-intensive products,and the manufacturing capacity of chain is the deci-sive factor of chain manufacturing.Chain transmission is an important form of mechanical transmission.The transmission chain generally adopts sleeve roller chain,which consists of inner chain plate,outer chain plate,sleeve and roller.The pin shaft and outer chain plate,sleeve and inner chain plate are all interference fit.A kind of automatic assembly equipment of heavy-duty chain link inside the chain is designed to real-ize full automatic assembly of chain link inside the chain.The equipment mainly consists of roller and sleeve feeding,inner chain plate feed-ing,roller and sleeve pre-assembly,sleeve and lower inner chain plate pressing,sleeve and upper inner chain plate pressing,etc.The auto-matic assembly equipment of chain inside the chain can make the chain assembly more automatic,efficient and reliable.
