针对快走丝线切割机床废钼丝徒手收集中普遍存在的废丝收集效率低、中途易脱手、易伤手、易打结而弯曲断丝、散落地上不易找寻和拾取、存储空间大等诸多问题,有针对性地设计了一种便于卸料的废丝收集装置,将废丝收集与卸料合二为一,有效解决了上述问题,提高零件加工的效益.实践证明:利用这种废丝收集装置,废丝收集效率提高 67%以上,废丝收集与卸料操作简单方便、稳定可靠.
Design for a Waste Molybdenum Wire Collection Device of High Speed Wire-cut Electrical Discharge Machine
In view of the common problems(low collection efficiency,easy releasing,easy injury to hands,easy knotting and breaking wire,scattering on the ground and finding difficultly,and large storage space)in the collecting by hands process of waste molybdenum wire of high speed wire-cut electrical discharge machine(HS-WEDM),a waste molybdenum wire collection device for easy unloading was designed.The design integrated the collection and unloading of waste molybdenum wire,effectively solving the above problems in the process of collecting waste molybdenum wire by hand and improving the efficiency of parts processing.Practice has proven that using this waste molybdenum wire collection device could increase the collection efficiency of waste wire to more than 67%.In addition,the collection operation of waste wire and unloading operation became simple,convenient,stable,and reliable.
