上部中框架是挖掘机的一个关键结构件,但由于焊接产生的变形,中框架的底平面的平面度一直很难保证,公司一直通过高温火焰法进行热校正,但火焰校正费时费力,效率低下.为解决这一问题,在液压机的基础上设计制造出一种可移动的龙门液压校正平台,主要包括龙门架,平台,液压缸等,采用液压机械校正代替火焰校正.并对一系列上部中框架的底平面进行了校正,结果表明:龙门液压校正平台能快速有效的校正上部中框架的底平面,并保证其平面尺寸.证明了龙门液压校正平台设计的正确性,研究结果表明,龙门液压校正平台对上部中框架的底平面的校正能有效的提高工作效率,降低成本和保证产品质量.
Design and Application of Longmen Hydraulic Calibration Platform
The upper middle frame is a key structural component of excavators,but due to deformation caused by welding,the flatness of the bottom plane of the middle frame has always been difficult to ensure.The company has been using high-temperature flame method for thermal correction,but flame correction is time-consuming,laborious,and inefficient.To solve this problem,a movable gantry hydraulic calibration platform is designed and manufactured based on hydraulic presses,mainly including gantry frames,platforms,hydraulic cylinders,etc.Hydraulic mechanical calibration is used instead of flame calibration.And a series of bottom planes of the upper middle frame were calibrated,and the results showed that the gantry hydraulic calibration platform can quickly and effectively calibrate the bottom plane of the upper middle frame and ensure its plane size.The correctness of the design of the gantry hydraulic correction platform has been proven,and the research results show that the gantry hydraulic correction platform can effectively improve work efficiency,reduce costs,and ensure product quality by correcting the bottom plane of the upper middle frame.
