在工业经济向数字经济转型的大变革时代,信息化和工业化逐步深度融合,先进制造业转型升级,积极实施智能制造,已经成为我国推动产业技术变革和优化升级的主要方向.本文主要围绕脱硝催化剂的基础建设、生产准备、生产执行和生产追溯四方面来构建整个生产系统,形成较完整的脱硝催化剂生产体系的探索和实践.目前,物联网和大数据技术的发展和使用掀起了一场新的工业革命.其中,广泛的网络连接和数据交换使制造技术和制造流程正在变得自动化和智能化.在智能制造的背景下,加强对智能决策的多模态数据存在的冗余标签进行清洗,以提升智能制造场景中装配过程中的数据质量最终实现产品安全生产和交付.
Intelligent Production Control System Development and Design
In the era of further transformation from the industrial economy to the digital economy,the gradual deep integration of informa-tion and industrialization,the transformation and upgrading of advanced manufacturing,and the active implementation of intelligent manu-facturing have become the main direction of promoting industrial technological change and optimization and upgrading in China.This paper mainly focuses on the infrastructure construction,production preparation,production implementation and production traceability of denitra-tion catalyst to build the entire production system,forming a relatively complete production system exploration and practice.It can be used as a reference for the intelligent manufacturing construction of similar enterprises.At present,the development and use of the Internet of Things and big data technology has set off a new industrial revolution.Among them,extensive network connectivity and data exchange make manufacturing technology and manufacturing processes become automated and intelligent.In the context of intelligent manufacturing,it is necessary to strengthen the cleaning of redundant labels existing in multi-modal data of intelligent decision-making,so as to improve the data quality in the assembly process of intelligent manufacturing scenarios and finally achieve safe production and delivery of products.
