本次设计突破传统的思维设计理念,创新优化设计思路,将移动机器人趋于小型化设计,功能化拓展.设计中合理布局,大胆创新机构与设计方法,实现整体结构、性能最优解.底盘设计采用独立的柔性悬挂减振装置(专利申请已提交,但尚未获得授权),供弹装置采用立柱结构以及双层弹丸布局等设计方法,研发了多种创新型通用机构,具有巨大的推广空间.这些创新机构可以根据具体的设计需求不断衍生,迭代,为企业后期产品机械设计奠定技术基础.
Mechanical Design of Small Mobile Combat Robots Based on Intelligent Launch Technology
This design breaks through traditional thinking design concepts,innovates and optimizes design ideas,and tends towards minia-turization and functional expansion of mobile robots.Reasonably layout in design,boldly innovate institutions and design methods,and achieve the optimal solution for overall structure and performance.The chassis design adopts an independent flexible suspension damping de-vice(patent application has been submitted but not yet authorized),and the ammunition supply device adopts design methods such as col-umn structure and double-layer projectile layout.Multiple innovative universal mechanisms have been developed,which has huge promo-tion space.These innovative institutions can continuously derive and iterate based on specific design requirements,laying a technical founda-tion for the mechanical design of enterprise products in the later stage.
