Man-machine Optimization Design of Bath Product Operation Process Based on Jack Simulation
To solve the problem of musculoskeletal diseases that may be caused by the bath assistant in the long-term door-to-door bath operation,this paper carries on the man-machine analysis and design optimization of the bath product operation process.First,based on the HTA method,the bathing behavior is summarized layer by layer,and then the bathing environment is simulated by Jack software,and the bathing task is analyzed.Finally,the man-machine optimization design practice is carried out based on the analysis results.This paper puts forward the design standard of the size of the bath bed for reference,which adds the auxiliary turning structure for the bath bed.Help to re-duce the disease risk of bath assistants and improve work efficiency,provide man-machine design standards for bath products industry,and promote the development and innovation of the industry.
