为解决当前压缩氧自救器佩戴步骤繁琐,人机工学欠佳的问题,通过AHP和QFD方法的结合使用对产品进行功能需求转化,采用模块化的设计方法,力求简化佩戴的操作步骤,提高用户在危机情况下使用压缩氧自救器的效率,优化了人机关系及舒适性.提高效率和人机舒适性是应急救援产品的关键问题,对矿下的个体防护研究具有一定参考意义.
Study on the Modular Design of Compressed Oxygen Self-rescue Device Based on AHP-QFD
To solve the current compressed oxygen to wear steps,ergonomic poor problem,through the combination of AHP and QFD method of use of product function requirements,adopted the modular design method,strive to simplify the wearing steps,improve the user in the crisis situation using compressed oxygen efficiency,optimize the man-machine relationship and comfort.Improving efficiency and man-machine com-fort are the key problems of emergency products,which have certain reference significance for the research of individual protection under the mine.
