基于参数化建模的矿用防护口罩定制设计

为提升矿用防护口罩的适配性,提出了一种基于参数化建模的矿用防护口罩设计方法.该方法首先运用三维扫描仪采集用户的头部三维数据模型,通过Geomagic Wrap软件对采集模型进行预处理,以得到完整的头部网格模型;进一步运用Grasshopper参数化软件创建了一套包含面部特征面重构、口罩各模块建模的完整程序,通过修改程序中输入端的参数即可实现针对目标用户的口罩快速定制设计;最后通过建模效率测试与偏差分析,分别对参数化建模程序的设计效率以及基于该程序定制设计的口罩佩戴适配性进行了验证.
Customized Design of Mine Protective Mask Based on Parametric Modeling
A method for designing mine protective masks based on parametric modeling is proposed to improve the adaptability.Firstly,the user's head 3D data model is collected by 3D scanner,and the acquisition model is preprocessed by Geomagic Wrap software to obtain a complete head mesh model.The Grasshopper parametric software is further used to create a complete set of facial feature surface reconstruc-tion and mask module modeling program.By modifying the input parameters in the program,the rapid customization design of the mask for the target user can be realized.Finally,through the modeling efficiency test and deviation analysis,the design efficiency of the parametric modeling program and the wearing adaptability of the mask based on the customized design of the program are verified respectively.
