摘要

随着风电行业的快速发展,风机装机容量持续增长,为保证风机运行可利用率,除了设计之外,风机的生产制造装配显得尤为关键,装配质量的好坏直接影响着风机的使用寿命.介绍了风机主轴系统的组成、装配工艺及要求,对影响装配质量的故障模式进行了PFMEA分析,确定了故障模式风险优先数严重度,充分识别潜在失效原因,提出改进建议,切实提高风机运行可靠性.

Abstract

With the rapid development of the wind power industry,the installed capacity of wind turbines continues to grow.In order to ensure the operational efficiency of wind turbines,in addition to design,the production,manufacturing,and assembly of wind turbines are particularly crucial,the quality of assembly directly affects the service life of wind turbines.The composition,assembly process and require-ments of the wind power spindle system are introduced,PFMEA analysis of failure modes affecting assembly quality is carried out,The pri-ority number severity of failure mode risk is determined,the potential cause of failure are identified fully,the improvement suggestions are put forward to improve the running reliability of the wind power.
