ZJ119 卷接机组在样机调试阶段出现烟支空头空松的问题.通过对烟丝成型和输送部分的结构与受力分析,决定对吸丝导轨的结构和配件加工工艺进行改进.这样可以使烟丝运行时吸丝带更加平稳,降低导轨两侧烟丝的阻力,并减小烟丝束紧头在运行中滑移,从而降低烟支空头.通过对吸丝导轨的改进,有效地提高了烟支端部紧头的密度,解决了烟支空头空松问题.
Research on Improvement of the Suction Guide Rail of ZJ119 Cigarette Making and Tipping Machine Combination
The issue of cigarette bunches becoming loose in the ZJ119 Cigarette Making and Tipping Machine Combination arose during prototype commissioning.After analyzing the structure and force of the tobacco forming and conveying components,it was determined that improvements to the suction guide rail structure and accessory processing technology were necessary.These enhancements aim to stabilize the smoking ribbon during tobacco operation,reduce resistance on both sides of the guide rail,minimize cigarette bunch slippage,and ulti-mately decrease instances of short cigarettes.By enhancing the suction guide rail,the density of the cigarette end's tight head is effectively increased,successfully resolving the problem of short and loose cigarettes.
