摘要

本文阐述了电梯新检规和国标中自动扶梯附加制动器的触发和制停工况要求,分析了附加制动器触发有效性和制停有效性的具体试验步骤,并结合专用仪器给出了基于工况模拟法的自动扶梯附加制动器检验方法.试验程序表明该方法更具有通用性、有效性,以期给电梯生产单位和检验检测机构的相关人员提供参考.

Abstract

The article elaborates on the triggering and stopping conditions requirements of the new elevator inspection regulations and na-tional standards for the auxiliary brakes of escalators.It analyzes the specific test steps for the triggering and stopping effectiveness of the auxil-iary brakes,and provides a testing method for the auxiliary brakes of escalators based on the working condition simulation method,com-bined with specialized instruments.The experimental program shows that this method is more universal and effective,in order to provide reference for relevant personnel in elevator production units and inspection and testing institutions.
