热处理对激光沉积修复TA15组织和性能的影响

应用激光沉积修复(LDR)技术对TA15 钛合金进行修复试验,对试样进行多种热处理,并观察其显微组织,测试其拉伸性能,分析其断口形貌.结果表明,退火态组织有粗大的原始柱状β晶粒,晶粒内有细小的网篮组织;退火态拉伸试样综合拉伸性能良好,达到了航空用锻件退火力学性能标准.固溶时效后,高温β相发生马氏体转变,得到了初生α相和六方马氏体α'两种组织,抗拉强度显著提高.
Effect of Heat Treatment on Microstructure and Properties of Laser Deposition Repair TA15 Titanium Alloy
TA15 alloy was repaired by laser deposited repair with various heat treatments,and microstructure and tensile properties and fracture morphology were investigated.Results indicate that annealed state has coarse primitive columnar β with small lamellar basket weave structure.The comprehensive tensile performance of the annealed state specimen is good and meet the mechanical performance standards for annealed aviation forging.After solid solution-aging treatment,martensitic transformation occurs in β phase,the primary α phase and hexagonal martensite α'are obtained.The tensile properties of repair specimen after solid solution-aging are obviously improved.
