This article mainly introduces the research results on the effects of the roughness of the cylindrical surface of aluminum pistons and the surface cracks of the oxide layer on the related performance of aluminum alloy fixed brake calipers,such as piston starting pressure,piston return displacement,rectangular ring erosion,and sealing performance.
