基于CATIA的特种飞机显控台人因工程设计与评估

特种飞机显控台设计要求有良好的人机工效.为改善操作员对特种飞机显控台的使用体验,在基于相关标准进行参数化设计的基础上,以CATIA人机工程分析模块为平台对操作员的作业姿态进行仿真.从视野范围、可达域、快速上肢评价等方面对显控台的人机工效进行评估和校核.结果表明:所设计显控台整体人机工效较好,基于CATIA的人机工程分析可以为特种飞机显控台人机工效评估提供方法支撑.
Ergonomics Design and Evaluation of Special Aircraft Display-console Based on CATIA
The design of special aircraft display-console requires good machine efficiency.In order to improve the operator's experience of special aircraft display-console,based on the relevant standards for parametric design,the CATIA ergonomic module is used to simulate the postures of operator.The ergonomics of the display-console was evaluated and checked from the aspects of visual field,reachable domain,rapid upper limb assessment,etc.The results revealed that ergonomics analysis based on CATIA could provide method support for the eval-uation of special aircraft display-console,and the designed display-console has good machine efficiency.
