摘要
铝材轧制加工是一种常见的金属材料加工方法,具有生产效率高、成本低、表面质量好等优点.然而,在轧制过程中,摩擦现象普遍存在,对铝材的成形性能、表面质量及设备运行稳定性产生一定影响.本文分析了铝材轧制加工过程中的摩擦特点,探讨了摩擦对铝材加工的影响,并提出了相应的改善措施.
Abstract
Aluminum rolling processing is a common metal material processing method,which has the advantages of high production effi-ciency,low cost,and good surface quality.However,friction is a common phenomenon during the rolling process,which has a certain impact on the formability,surface quality,and equipment operation stability of aluminum materials.This article analyzes the friction charac-teristics during the aluminum rolling process,explores the impact of friction on aluminum processing,and proposes corresponding improve-ment measures.
