摘要

PLC在数控机床的应用中,可做到精确各种执行机构,包括伺服电机、气缸、液压系统等,实现精准、高效的自动化加工,大幅提升了工业生产质量和效率.据此,本文基于PLC机电一体化技术,探讨其在数控机床领域中的应用,旨在实现由"机械电气化"向"机电一体化"转型升级,为开辟出数控机床的数字化生产路径奠定基础.

Abstract

In the application of PLC in CNC machine tools,it can accurately control various actuators,including servo motors,air cylinders,hydraulic systems,etc.,to achieve precise and efficient automation processing,greatly improving the quality and efficiency of industrial production.Based on this,this article explores the application of PLC in the field of CNC machine tools based on PLC electromechanical integration technology,aiming to achieve the transformation and upgrading from"mechanical electrification"to"electromechanical integration",laying the foundation for opening up a digital production path for CNC machine tools.
