在现代制造业飞速发展过程中,数控技术在很多领域的应用日益增多.数控加工技术主要表现出精度高、效率高以及自动化程度高等特点,为促进现代制造业发展提供了重要技术支撑.数控刀具选择是数控加工中的重要内容,包括铣刀、车刀、钻头、铰刀、丝锥等常见刀具,需要保证数控刀具的合理选择,才能提高数控加工的效率与质量.本文将简述数控刀具的基本概念和分类,然后概述了数控刀具选择的原则和方法,最后对数控刀具选择对数控加工工艺的影响进行分析.
Impact Analysis of CNC Machining Process Based on CNC Tool Selection
In the rapid development of modern manufacturing industry,the application of numerical control technology in many fields is increasing.Numerical control processing technology mainly shows the characteristics of high accuracy,high efficiency and high degree of automation,which provides an important technical support for promoting the development of modern manufacturing industry.CNC tool selection is an important part of CNC machining,including milling cutter,cutter,drill,hinge cutter,screw and other common tools,need to ensure the reasonable selection of CNC tools,in order to improve the efficiency and quality of CNC machining.This paper will briefly describe the basic concept and classification of CNC tools,then summarize the principles and methods of CNC tool selection,and finally analyze the influence of CNC tool selection on CNC machining process.
