摘要

工业 4.0 时代对高等教育提出了诸多挑战,高等教育的学习模式从传统学习向混合式学习转变.本文结合高校工程实训的教学特点及培养目标,以促进创新创业能力培养为目标,依托工程训练中心实训平台,采用线上线下混合式教学模式,将创新方法(TRIZ)理论融入先进制造技术课程体系,并对典型的企业案例进行分析,教学环节突出创新思维方法,激发学生创新能力和学习兴趣.使实践教学更具有时代性和应用性,培养掌握新技术、具有创新思维的制造业技术技能人才,从而提高工程实训的教学质量和现实意义.

Abstract

Many challenges have been brought to the professional education in the Industry 4.0 era.The learning mode of higher education is changing from the traditional learning to the mixed learning mode.In this paper,combined the teaching characteristics and training objec-tives of engineering practical training in colleges and universities,aimed to promote the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ca-pacity of students'relied on the training platform of engineering training center in colleges and universities.At the same time,the online and offline mixed teaching mode was adopted,the theory of innovative method(TRIZ)was integrated into the advanced manufacturing technology curriculum system,and analyzes it with classic cases of enterprises.The teaching process highlights innovative thinking methods.Students'creativity and learning interests were stimulated.Make practical teaching more contemporary and applied cultivate innovative manu-facturing technical skills talents with new technology and new thinking,so as to improve the teaching quality and practical significance of engineering practical training.
