摘要
新能源汽车的发展带来了报废动力电池的处理问题.基于保护自然资源和实现可持续发展的社会目标,本文分析了当前国内外新能源汽车动力电池回收和利用的现状.并总结了当前我国汽车动力电池回收利用的管理政策和相关标准.最后提出了新能源车用动力电池回收利用的建议.
Abstract
The development of new energy vehicles has brought about the problem of disposal of scrapped power batteries.Based on the so-cial goals of protecting natural resources and achieving sustainable development,this paper analyzes the current status of recycling and utiliza-tion of new energy vehicle power batteries at home and abroad.It also summarizes the current management policies and relevant standards for the recycling of automotive power batteries in China.Finally,suggestions for recycling power batteries for new energy vehicles are proposed.
