Research on the Development Trends of Drive Systems for Coal Mine Scraper Transporters
The power systems of the scraper conveyor in coal mine fully mechanized mining face mainly include power frequency drive,frequency conversion drive,permanent magnet synchronous drive,and permanent magnet semi direct drive.These drive systems have their own characteristics and have gradually developed from previous to later,and are applied in domestic mining workplaces.This article discusses the working principles and characteristics of the four types of drive systems mentioned above,explores their advantages,disadvantages,and adaptability.At the same time,it elaborates on the permanent magnet semi direct drive system that is gradually being promoted in the indus-try.The analysis shows that the power system of the scraper conveyor in the fully mechanized mining face of underground coal mines will develop towards integration,miniaturization,and intelligence in the current and future period.
