摘要
防爆柴油机属于爆炸性环境下使用的一种特种动力装置,是一个复杂系统.防爆柴油机噪声大是其使用过程中发现的突出问题之一,通过对声振原理的研究,设计一种空腔弹簧质量的降噪结构部件,装配到湿式废气处理箱中,形成了一种具备基于频率选择降噪的新型防爆柴油机排气处理装置.根据需要消除噪声的频率设计具体的空腔弹簧质量降噪结构尺寸,实现选择性降噪的目的,通过对该结构的组合及排列,满足降噪强度的要求.新型的废气处理箱解决了现有防爆柴油机排气噪音大、排气颗粒物多、排气温度高的问题.
Abstract
The flameproof diesel engine is a kind of special power device used in explosive environment,which is a complex system.The noise of the flameproof diesel engine is one of the prominent problems found in the process of its use.By studying the principle of sound and vibration,a new type of The flameproof diesel engine exhaust treatment device with frequency selective noise reduction is designed and as-sembled into a water-washing tank.According to the frequency of noise elimination,the specific cavity spring mass noise reduction struc-ture size is designed to achieve the purpose of selective noise reduction.Through the combination and arrangement of the structure,the noise reduction intensity requirements are met.The new type of exhaust gas treatment box solves the problems of loud exhaust noise,large exhaust particles and high exhaust temperature of existing the flameproof diesel engines.
