基于遗传算法的布料机器人全局路径优化方法研究

研究基于遗传算法的布料机器人全局路径优化方法,以解决布料机器人生产复杂排布预制混凝土构件的布料路径优化问题.首先,通过解析不同规格构件的生产路径点组信息,将布料机器人的全局路径优化问题归结为组合优化问题;然后,建立布料机器人在间歇生产下的全局路径优化模型;随后,基于遗传算法设计布料机器人的全局路径优化方法.基于实际生产数据的实验结果表明,设计的遗传算法不仅能够实现布料机器人的全局路径优化求解,且路径长度较现有方法明显缩短,提升了布料机器人的智能决策水平.
Research on Global Path Optimization of Distribution Robot Based on Genetic Algorithm
The global path optimization method of distribution robot based on genetic algorithm is studied to solve the problem of distribution path optimization of distribution robot batch production of complex prefabricated concrete components.Firstly,the global path optimization problem of the distribution robot is reduced to a combinatorial optimization problem by analyzing the production path point group information of components with different specifications;Then,the global path optimization model of distribution robot in batch production is established;Then,the global path optimization method of distribution robot is designed based on genetic algorithm.The experimental re-sults based on the actual production data show that the designed genetic algorithm can not only achieve the global path optimization of the distribution robot,but also significantly shorten the path length compared with the existing methods,improving the intelligent decision making level of the distribution robot.
