隧道衬砌模板台车智能化改造的方案设计与效果验证

隧道混凝土二衬对于隧洞结构安全来说至关重要,而普通隧道衬砌模板台车在操作便捷性、模板定位精度、使用安全性等方面均存在较大问题;本文对普通模板台车的控制系统进行了智能化改造,使其操作更加人性、使用更加安全;此外智能控制系统具备一键开模、一键行走、一键合模等功能,可实现一键自动运行,无需人员干预的控制效果,全流程动作测试的测量结果表明:智能模板台车自动控制功能的各向坐标最大误差不超过3mm,各向坐标平均偏差不超过1.5mm.
Design and Effectiveness Verification of Intelligent Transformation Scheme for Tunnel Lining Template Trolley
The secondary lining of tunnel concrete is crucial for the safety of tunnel structures,while ordinary tunnel lining formwork trol-leys have significant problems in terms of operation convenience,template positioning accuracy,and usage safety;This article presents an intelligent transformation of the control system of a regular template trolley,making its operation more user-friendly and safe to use;In ad-dition,the intelligent control system has functions such as one click mold opening,one click walking,and one click mold closing,which can achieve one click automatic operation without human intervention.The measurement results of the entire process action test show that the maximum error in the coordinates of the intelligent template trolley automatic control function does not exceed 3mm,and the average deviation in the coordinates does not exceed 1.5mm.
