Study on Mechanical Properties of Prefolded Energy-absorbing Components with Supports
With the increase of coal mining depth,higher requirements are put forward for the compressive capacity of hydraulic support equipment.In order to improve the mechanical properties of mine support equipment and mitigate the damage impact of rock burst on it,this paper analyzes the mechanical properties and energy absorption effects of existing pre-folded energy absorption components by placing different supports inside them.The method of theoretical calculation and numerical simulation is used to verify the results.Finally,the results show that the load fluctuation is reduced,the energy absorption characteristics are enhanced,and the impact resistance of the support e-quipment is improved.
