Design of Intelligent Cleaning Equipment for Cold Gate of ISA Furnace
With the continuous application and development of Isa smelting technology,the overall technical level is constantly improving.However,the cleaning of the cold gate is still cleaned by manual and regular air hammer impact.The whole cleaning process is very labor intensive,the working environment is very bad,and it has certain risks.For the cold gate cleaning,this paper proposes a new cleaning idea and the design of the specific implementation method,and realizes automatic cleaning by transferring and replacing the cold gate,the exist-ing working conditions are improved,the automatic cleaning of the bonding materials at the cold gate of the Isa furnace is realized,and the smooth blanking channel is guaranteed.It has played a role in promoting the development of the whole Isa furnace melting technology.
