无开挖电缆保护管道支护装置设计与仿真

针对地下管道放置要求,设计了一种无开挖电缆保护管道支护装置,可以实现多变地质中管道的自动安装.运用SOLIDWORKS软件进行建模,运用Simulation对重要零部件进行有限元分析,对强度进行校核,选择相应的材料,通过ADAMS软件对四杆机构进行运动仿真及分析,得到托板在质心处的运动情况,使整机结构和运动参数得到了优化,为样机制造奠定了基础.
Design and Simulation of Trenchless Cable Protection Pipeline Support Device
A non excavation cable protection pipeline support device has been designed to meet the requirements of underground pipeline placement,which can achieve automatic installation of pipelines in variable geological conditions.Using SOLIDWORKS software for modeling,finite element analysis of important components using Simulation,strength verification,selection of corresponding materials,motion simulation and analysis of the four bar mechanism using ADAMS software,obtaining the motion of the support plate at the center of mass,optimizing the overall structure and motion parameters,and laying the foundation for prototype manufacturing.
