甘蔗撕解机刀头作为其关键的零件之一,其作用非常重要,传统制糖设备生成过程中,刀头堆焊仍由人工完成,劳动强度大,重复性高,耐磨焊丝焊接烟雾大,生产环境差,危害着工人的健康,亟需自动化生成替代.本文通过配置两台工业机器人协作共同完成在Q235钢板刀体刀头部分堆焊碳化钨合金,代替人工作业,实现自动生产,提高产品质量、保证焊接质量.经实际焊接试验验证,方案可行,对类似的应用场景,具有一定的指导参考价值.
Automatic Production Scheme Design and Process Verification of Cutter Head Surfacing Wear-resistant Materials
As one of its key parts,the cutter head of sugarcane tearing machine plays a very important role,in the process of traditional sugar making equipment,the cutter head surfacing welding is still completed manually,with high labor intensity,high repeatability,large welding smoke of wear-resistant welding wire,poor production environment,endangering the health of workers,and urgent need for au-tomatic generation and substitution.In this paper,two industrial robots are configured to work together to complete the surfacing welding of tungsten carbide alloy in the cutter head part of the Q235 steel plate cutter body,which replaces manual work,realizes automatic produc-tion,improves product quality and ensures welding quality.Verified by the actual welding test,the scheme is feasible and has a certain guiding reference value for similar application scenarios.
