摘要

随着铁路牵引供电系统对安全性、稳定性的要求日益提高,接触网作为铁路供电系统的主要组成部分,应起到保障电力机车正常运行的重要作用.而棘轮补偿装置是接触网的重要组成部分,常用于铁路、地铁、轻轨的接触网悬挂系统,是一种张力调整装置,具有补偿效率高、断线制动性能好的特点,主要用于持续调节线索的张力、减小事故发生的范围,来保证接触网持续供给电力机车以电能,满足列车正常运行.棘轮补偿装置因其转动灵活、传动效率高、断线制动快、可缩小事故范围等优点得到广泛应用.

Abstract

With the increasing requirements for safety and stability of the railway traction power supply system,the catenary,as the main component of the railway power supply system,should play an important role in ensuring the normal operation of the electric locomotive.The ratchet compensation device is an important part of the catenary,often used in the catenary suspension system of railway,subway and light rail,is a tension adjustment device,with the characteristics of high compensation efficiency and good braking performance of broken line,mainly used to continuously adjust the tension of the clue and reduce the scope of the accident,so as to ensure that the catenary con-tinues to supply the electric locomotive with electric energy to meet the normal operation of the train.Ratchet compensation devices are widely used because of their advantages of flexible rotation,high transmission efficiency,fast disconnection braking,and ability to reduce the scope of accidents[12].
