Analysis of the Application of Artificial Intelligence in the Optimization of CNC Machining Programs
With the development of technology,artificial intelligence plays an increasingly important role in the manufacturing industry.Especially in the programming of CNC lathes,the introduction of artificial intelligence has brought about revolutionary changes,improving programming efficiency and accuracy.Artificial intelligence can analyze process data,optimize machining paths and tool selection,automatically generate machining programs,and reduce production costs.This article demonstrates the advantages of artificial intelligence in reducing code redundancy and improving readability through specific cases,and makes a prospect for the future development of artificial intelligence in CNC machining.
