摘要

轴承轴瓦振动是机械设备运行中常见的故障现象,对设备的安全稳定运行构成威胁.本文深入分析轴承轴瓦振动的主要原因,包括轴承磨损、不平衡、安装不良及润滑不足等,并提出相应的检修策略.研究指出,定期更换磨损严重的轴承、调整转子平衡、优化安装工艺及确保良好润滑状态是减少轴瓦振动的有效措施.还探讨汽轮机等特定设备轴承振动的特殊原因及检修方法,为相关领域的维修人员提供实用的操作指南.通过实施检修策略,有效降低轴承轴瓦的振动水平,提高机械设备的运行效率和可靠性,从而延长设备的使用寿命.

Abstract

Bearing vibration is a common fault phenomenon in the operation of mechanical equipment,which poses a threat to the safe and stable operation of the equipment.This article provides an in-depth analysis of the main causes of bearing vibration,including bearing wear,imbalance,poor installation,and insufficient lubrication,and proposes corresponding maintenance strategies.Research has shown that regu-larly replacing severely worn bearings,adjusting rotor balance,optimizing installation processes,and ensuring good lubrication are effective measures to reduce bearing vibration.This article also explores the special causes and maintenance methods of bearing vibration in specific e-quipment such as steam turbines,providing practical operation guidelines for maintenance personnel in related fields.By implementing main-tenance strategies,the vibration level of bearing shells can be effectively reduced,the operational efficiency and reliability of mechanical e-quipment can be improved,and the service life of the equipment can be extended.
