AC Gain Self-learning of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Current Sensor
In recent years,the development of electric vehicles has been very rapid,and the requirements for the actual current,torque,vibration,and NVH performance of the motor are also increasing.The accuracy of the collected three-phase current of the motor will have a profound impact on these aspects.In order to improve the accuracy of the three-phase current collected by the motor controller,it is necessary to study the gain compensation and zero drift of the three-phase current sensor in the controller.Do gain teach in process for cur-rent sensor of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)according EOL test bench measure system by AC method.So that the cur-rent and torque of PMSM will be more stable and reliable.
