Construction of Temperature Monitoring System for Electrical Switchgear in Power Plants Using IoT Technology
Electrical switchgear in power plants plays a crucial role in controlling electrical equipment and ensuring orderly power production.However,due to its complex structure and prolonged operation under high currents,key components can generate excessive heat,leading to overheating faults.These faults can reduce equipment lifespan,accelerate insulation aging,and increase the risk of accidents.Therefore,monitoring the temperature of switchgear is important for safety.This research explores how to use IoT technology to achieve comprehensive monitoring of electrical switchgear in power plants,providing technical support to prevent damage from instantaneous high temperatures.
