煤矿井下电缆故障后,无法确定故障位置,人员需拆除接线后分段排查,排查时间较长且工作量较大.本文通过分析煤矿动力电缆在使用中存在的问题,采用DS18B20串联通信温度传感器与单片机通信,以ZigBee的通信方式设计了煤矿动力电缆接线箱监测网络,通过建立煤矿井下电缆监控网络,实现了对电缆的温度,绝缘进行监控,提升了煤矿动力电缆的安全水平,预防事故的发生.
Design of Network Monitoring for Coal Mine Power Cable Junction Box
After a cable failure in a coal mine,the location of the fault cannot be determined.Personnel need to dismantle the wiring and conduct segmented inspections,which takes a long time and requires a large amount of work.This article analyzes the problems that exist in the use of coal mine power cables,uses DS18B20 series communication temperature sensors to communicate with microcontrollers,and designs a monitoring network for coal mine power cable junction boxes using ZigBee communication method.By establishing a coal mine underground cable monitoring network,the temperature and insulation of the cables are monitored,improving the safety level of coal mine power cables and preventing accidents.
