摘要

培曲是白酒酿造中的重要环节,但曲房培曲多依靠人工经验,且曲房环境恶劣,不适宜工人长期工作.因此,自动培曲设备研制势在必行.目前,关于自动培曲曲房的理论研究和实验研究已有不少案例,但还未有从设计方案的角度来阐述自动培曲曲房设计过程的先例.本文提供了一种用于曲房温湿度自动调节装置与系统的具体设计方案,包括总体设计方案、曲架设计方案、管道设计方案、控制系统及传感器布置方案以及出风板设计方案及有限元分析.

Abstract

Daqu culture is an important link in Baijiu brewing,but a fermentation room mainly relies on manual experience,and the environ-ment of the fermentation room is harsh,which is not suitable for workers to work for a long time.Therefore,the development of automatic Daqu cultivation equipment is imperative.At present,there have been many theoretical and experimental studies on the automatic fermentation room,but there is no precedent to explain the design process from the perspective of design schemes.This article provides a specific design scheme for a temperature and humidity automatic adjustment device and system in a fermentation room,including overall design scheme,curved frame design scheme,pipeline design scheme,control system and sensor layout scheme,as well as air outlet plate design scheme and fi-nite element analysis.
