基于多目标粒子群算法的激光熔覆工艺参数优化

依据RBF回归拟合模型建立了多道搭接激光熔覆多目标优化工艺参数模型,确定了模型的优化变量、目标和相应约束条件.采用多目标粒子群优化进行工艺参数优化和最优解搜索,得到三组工艺参数的最优解集.通过对三组最优解集进行均值处理,结果是:优化后比优化前的表面平整度可提高19%,熔覆效率可提高26%,气孔面积可减少34%.
Optimization of Laser Cladding Process Parameters Pased on Multi-objective Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm
Based on the RBF regression fitting model,a multi-objective optimization process parameter model for laser cladding is estab-lished,and the optimization variables,objectives,and corresponding constraint conditions of the model are established.Multi objective par-ticle swarm optimization is adopted for process parameter optimization and optimal solution search,thus obtaining the optimal solution set of three sets of process parameters.By performing mean processing on three sets of optimal solutions,the results showed that the surface rough-ness after optimization can be improved by 19%,the cladding efficiency can be increased by 26%,and the pore area can be reduced by 34%compared to before optimization.
