In view of the traditional manual data analysis method adopted by a company is time-consuming and laborious,it is difficult to timely capture and respond to the dynamic change of customer electricity consumption,this paper develops an automatic customer electricity analysis report generation system based on big data technology.The system aims to realize the real-time collection,in-depth analysis and ef-ficient report generation of customer electricity data,so that enterprises can quickly adapt to the market fluctuations and meet the personal-ized needs of customers.The practical application has proved that the system can not only output standardized power analysis reports,but al-so customize personalized suggestions according to the specific demand and historical electricity consumption data of customers.In addition,the system not only significantly improves customer satisfaction and loyalty,but also strengthens the company's market competitiveness.Through the implementation of precision marketing strategy,the company can more accurately promote new products or services,thus ef-fectively improving sales performance.
