基于线性疲劳累积损伤的传动部件强化试验方法

针对传动部件可靠性试验常规试验方法试验时间较长的问题,提出了一种基于十字轴S-N曲线和线性疲劳累积损伤理论的强化试验方法.通过十字轴的理论疲劳强度极限、实测应力统计分析结果和试验台相关参数,制定了传动部件的强化试验方法.该方法不仅能有效验证传动部件的可靠性水平,而且能大幅缩短试验时间,节约试验成本,加快部件开发进程,同时能有效暴露传动部件的潜在设计缺陷.
Transmission Part Strengthening Experimental Method Based on Linear Fatigue Cumulative Damage
In order to sovle the problem that the conventional test method of transmission part reliability test taks a long time,an enhanced test methed based on the cross-axis S-N curve and linear fatigue cumulative damage theory is proposed.Based on the theoretical fatigue strength limit of the cross shaft,The measured stress statistical analysis results and the relevant parameters of the test bench,an enhanced test method for the transmission part was formulated.This method can not only effectively verify the reliability level of the transmission part,but also significantly shorten the test time,save test costs,speed up the component development process,and effectively expose potential design flaws of the transmission part.
